The Big Tent is Up!

The tent is up for the summer camp session and the temporary food prep area is taking shape.  The stud wall under construction will be screened in.  On the right is a small walk-in freezer and on the left are 2 refrigerators that are 7 ft wide.  More equipment will be installed this week and next.
